7 Months

You have been up to so much this past month that I don't know where to begin. We are always amazed at the things you seem fascinated with and how curious you are. 

- I love how you rub your face into my shoulder when you are tired

- You love to be surprised! You laugh almost every time.

- You are sitting up on your own and you are already to move on to standing. Anytime we help you stand and hold onto the coffee table to become excited and squeal. 

- We went on our first family camping trip to Lake Livingston. You were a pro and loved being outside all day long. 

- It is so cute when you try to grab the freckles off my arm. One day you will learn they are permanent.

- You love to play with people's hands. It can keep entertained for quite a while. Who needs toys right? :-)

- You always make the biggest smile when we sing the line "out came the sun" from The Itsy Bitsy Spider.

- I love when you get excited and are laughing so hard that you fall over. It cracks me up and always takes you off guard.

- When you eat your feet have to be touching the high chair tray. 

- You have discovered how to scream and it is high pitched. Luckily it sounds happy but it is a little disruptive at church. 

- You are learning how to use a sippy cup  and are making great progress. It is not an easy thing!

- You are very observant especially when it comes to little kids, your face lights up and you can't look away. 

- You have found your laugh and it is the cutest thing. Dad and I exhaust ourselves to hear it whenever we can. Some of the videos we have you will think we are ridiculous.

We have loved every minute of being your parents and love the girl you are starting to become. You have a sweet personality and a great sense of humor. We are excited for upcoming months as your learning, growth and discovery soar. We love You Clara, now and always!
