11 Months

Yikes! I can't believe we are one month away from you turning one. Time has passed too quickly but luckily we take enough pictures and videos to look back on. Here is what you have been up to lately:

- You are cruisin' all the time! Along walls and cupboards, bookshelves, tables and chairs.

- You love walking around with your push walker and get excited because you can move around all on your own.

- You can stand on your own for a short amount of time and have control to sit down on your own from there.

- You have started bouncing while you are sitting and it looks like you are trying to figure out how to stand with out holding onto something. 

- You have learned to say down, dog and bottle. We can tell when we have waited to long to give you your bottle because when we say "Do you want your bottle?"  you repeat bottle over and over again :-)

- You are showing your likes and dislikes more now. We have a rattle app that you love and you are not happy when we have to stop.

- You love playing with your Mega Blocks and have discovered how to stack them together. 

- We made a break through and you ate Mac and Cheese all on your own. You normally don't like noodles! 

- You are starting to figure out how to use a spoon. You help me bring the spoon to your mouth, and dip the spoon into the bowl and bring it to your mouth on your own. We just have to figure out how to get food on the spoon.

- You have started having stranger anxiety. You do fine if I hold you but you don't like going to anyone else apart from Dad. 

- You don't let people pick on you. If another baby takes the toy you were playing with and crawls away, you chase after them and work hard to get it back. 

- You are becoming more cuddly. Sometimes after your morning nap you'll just lay in my lap while you play with your bear. These moments are rare and I cherish every second I can get.

All in all, you are a beautiful girl, full of happiness, excitement, and curiosity. You have the sweetest personality but have some fire inside you as well. We love seeing your personality develop and get a good laugh at all the cute things you do. We love you Love Bug!
